Part-Time Human Resource Administrator

The HR Administrator will be responsible for a variety of administrative and HR-related tasks.

**This is a part-time position from our Kiryat Shmona office that offers the potential to move into a full-time role in the future. Currently the job requires 3 working days from the office.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with company goals and
    values.

  • Manage the hiring and onboarding/ offboarding processes of employees

  • Responsible for development of training and onboarding materials

  • Respond for employee inquiries regarding HR matters

  • Maintain and update employee records

  • Manage HR databases and ensure data integrity

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

  • Responsible for preparing and executing employee activities and events

  • Oversee general office operations, including supplies inventory, maintenance, and facility
    management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience in HR administration or recruitment- an advantage

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt easily.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a team player attitude.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements is a plus.

  • Proficient in English with good written and verbal communication skills.
