#205 - Office Admin

The ideal candidate will undertake administrative tasks, and will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. You will also be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

This is a half time position.


  • Managing the relationship with the bookkeeper including invoices.
  • Managing employees’ salaries and payroll both in Israel and the US.
  • Managing agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management.
  • Paying vendors and tracking invoicing and payment collection.
  • Assisting colleagues whenever necessary.


Proven experience as an office administrator

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Experience in working with bookkeeping and/or payroll is highly preferred.
