Sales Coordinator

Copyleaks is an artificial intelligence-powered plagiarism detection SaaS platform which is used by hundreds of educational institutions and enterprises around the world to help identify and track plagiarism.


Copyleaks recently closed its Series A funding round and is looking for a Sales Coordinator to assist in scaling our rapidly growing EdTech company. This new team member will conduct market and customer research, pull and analyze reports, build documentation, develop presentations and gather information in order to facilitate sales team activity to maximize performance.

Responsibilities

  • Assure quality of sales related proposals, presentations and documentation and update as necessary
  • Monitor team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
  • Create customer-specific presentations, proposals, and manage all RFP submissions for the team
  • Assist in setting and reporting on KPI’s and progress against team goals
  • Oversee sales playbooks and training materials and suggest improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing role with strong understanding of sales processes and tools
  • Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Strong organizational, analytical, verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative and engaging personality with a bias for action and ownership
  • Hubspot, Google Workspace and Slack expertise. Familiarity with Asana, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo and Chorus a plus
