Product Manager

We’re seeking a dynamic, experienced Product Manager to join our quickly growing team! The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market needs, user behavior, and business strategy and has developed successful, well adopted SaaS-based products. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing and account management to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products that meet customer needs and company goals.

This is an onsite role based out of our Kiryat Shemona, Israel office.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, roadmaps, and timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams including leadership team, sales, marketing, account management and engineering.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify user needs, industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive developments, continually championing the user and evangelizing across the organization
Develop product requirements and prioritize feature sets based on the potential business impact and development timeline.
Collaborate closely with marketing and engineering teams to create and launch high-quality, well-adopted features on schedule.
Define and track key product metrics and usage trends to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Closely partner with business teams to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning.
Proactively communicate product strategy, updates, and progress to stakeholders across the company.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in tech, SaaS and/or software product management, with a proven ability to develop and execute successful product strategies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for innovation, technology, and user experience.
English fluency
