As a Full Stack Team Lead, you will play a critical role in our software development team, leading a group of talented developers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality web applications using .NET and Angular technologies. You will be responsible for project management, technical leadership, and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of .NET and Angular developers.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and development processes.
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using .NET and Angular technologies.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering their professional growth.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance the team’s technical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, testers, and product managers, to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Fluent English
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack development.
  • 2+ years of experience in leading a full stack team.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
  • Experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, NoSQL).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GPC , AWS).
  • Familiarity with DevOps (Docker and Kubernetes)
  • User interface design, information architecture, graphic design experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
